1. Program Description
The Boomers Trade SMS program ("Program") sends occasional market alerts and publication notices to subscribers who have explicitly opted in. The Program is operated by Boomers Trade.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is occasional, not daily. You may receive alerts only when material events warrant them.
3. Opt-In
You enroll in the Program by submitting your mobile phone number through the subscription form on BoomersTrade.com and affirmatively checking the box agreeing to receive SMS alerts. By doing so, you consent to receive recurring autodialed messages from Boomers Trade at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
5. Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message or email sms@boomerstrade.com.
6. Carriers and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to participate. The Program is provided free; only standard carrier message and data rates apply.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send Program messages and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number for marketing purposes.
9. Changes
We may modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
